| In the Hitec system the operator only ties the casing. All hanging, looping
and loading into the oven is accomplished automatically. The customer typically
sees a considerable increase in capacity due to extra loops per stick and
by never missing a position in the oven. By eliminating lifting limitations,
the customer can increase stick weight safely while maintaining exact spacing
on the stick. This improves uniformity of your smoking and cooking process.
This system eliminates operator injuries caused by lifting heavy stick
loads. Depending on the Hitec linker used in this system, the automation
can handle cellulose, collagen and natural casing products. |
