and lengths of 11/4 inch (28.6 mm) or greater can be accommodated. The new cabinet features
sanitary design, and has been built with many new safety and convenience
features not found on competing peelers. The Sabre-10 is available as a complete unit with vacuum tank, or as a stand-alone
